  • re-heatable. The white wine-lemon-butter-tarragon sauce stayed on its side of the plate and the tomatoes on the other, and microwaving didn’t kill the lettuce.
  • I just really love tomatoes with basil.
  • a lot more presentable than a lot of the other dinners I’ve come up with.

Questionable characteristics:

  • the pork DID taste like chicken, didn’t it?
  • maybe some bread or rice to soak up some tomato juices–since the pork-lettuce had its own sauce the tomato goodness was largely wasted.
  • I should stop cooking tomato and romaine lettuce. Hmmm…
