Since yesterday’s pork tasted like chicken, today we have a more porkly entree:

pork chops with fruit and nut topping and green onions

The pork chops are a simple egg then bread crumbs then hot oil fry job. The topping consists of apples stewed in white wine and some sugar and then sauteed with various nuts (cashews, walnuts, and peanuts) and cranberries. The green onions are also sauteed and lightly salted.
